Award of DJH Glenarn Bathroom works-The scope of the works is to remove old condemned bath and replace with either a wet room or walk in shower cubicle. Some piping work may be required in order to ensure drains are in correct place for new shower. Walls will require protection from dampness and condensation produced from shower.
