Provision of Benchmarking Performance Against the Learning Disability Improvement Standards for NHS Trusts-The provision of a national programme of benchmarking organisational performance against the NHSE/I learning disability improvement standards for NHS trusts, across all English mental health, community, acute (hospital) and ambulance trusts; and independent sector providers of NHS commissioned, mental health inpatient services.
