The contract will run for 3 years from Wednesday 21st May 2025 until Saturday 20th May 2028. The estimated contract value will be £100K gross.

CPT_25_31 - SmartExporter 2025-2026-A one year contract for SmartExporter licenses - SAP ERP data extraction tool - x 3 licenses. SmartExporter has been developed by a German software company and its sole approved UK reseller is Caseware and therefore this contract has not been competed.

CPT_25_19 - ServiceNow enhanced support 01.04.25 - 30.06.25-National Audit Office (NAO) awarded a contract to the supplier through Crown Commercial Services G Cloud 14. The selected Supplier FlyForm Ltd will be delivering enhanced support of ServiceNow in line with the current provision. The contract duration of 3 months is to provide service continuity due to delays until the fully competed procurement via GCloud 14 is finalised.

Tactical End User Compute service-The National Audit Office awarded a contract to Sundown Solutions Limited using Crown Commercial Services GCloud 14 framework and the supplier will be providing an End User service. The contract will commence on Tuesday 1st April 2025 running for a initial 2 years until Wednesday 31st March 2027 with the option to extend for a further 12 month to Friday 31st March 2028. The estimated contract value will be £1,200,000 inclusive of VAT.

External Response Support service-The National Audit Office awarded a contract to Specialist computer centres and the supplier will be providing an External Incident response service. The contract will commence on Tuesday 1st April 2025 running for 12 months until Tuesday 31st March 2026. The estimated contract value will be £44,352.00
