W celu prawidłowego przygotowania, realizacji i rozliczenia Programu Inwestycyjnego - Zamawiający prowadzi Postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego na świadczenie usługi doradczej i kontrolnej w zakresie zarządzania merytorycznego, technicznego oraz finansowego realizacji Programu, w przedziale czasowym od dnia podpisania umowy do marca 2026 roku.Program jest współfinansowany przez Unię Europejską w ramach programu Horyzont 2020. Zamawiający prowadzi Postępowanie w celu wyłonienia Wykonawcy na świadczenie usługi Menedżera Programu.
