The subject of this contract is the procurement, delivery, unloading, installation, testing, commissioning and putting into operation of a prefabricated Data Centre with the delivery and installation of mission-critical infrastructure and equipment, including delivery of all necessary technical documents and training to the Montenegrin Revenue and Customs Administration, which will support the expansion of the capacity of the existing data protection system, as well as preparation of the terrain and the realization of all works

Scope of the contract is supply, transport, unloading, installation, commissioning, testing of the equipment for microbiological laboratories in Montenegro.

The subject of this contract is procurement of the new control equipment to be used at border crossing points, which includes delivery, unloading, installation, testing and training of the customs officers. The equipment will improve performance in conducting border controls, thus strengthening the security function of the Revenue and Customs Administration and the fight against smuggling, ultimately leading to better protection of society. At the same time, procurement of modern equipment that complies with the highest standards will enable fast and efficient control of goods, trucks, containers and personal luggage at the border crossing points and contribute to modernization and acceleration of the clearance process. Considering that from the day of accession to the EU, the Revenue and Customs Administration of Montenegro will control the external borders of the Union, one of main preconditions is having customs service capable of meeting the current and future control challenges.

The overall objective of the project is to support the Government of Montenegro in the area of trade facilitation. The purpose of the project is to upgrade the Customs Information System (CIS) by implementation of functionalities for support of electronic submission of declaration and supporting documents, archive application for storing of these documents and upgrading functionalities in the Risk Management Register (RMR) and Risk Information Database (RID) applications of the Risk Management System (RMS).
