Management of the Europe House in Podgorica and provision of other communication services: the contract is to assist the delegation of the European Union to Montenegro to provide objective and clear information to a wide audience on EU matters, and enhance and promote the visibility of EU policies and EU assistance in Montenegro, including through media monitoring, the production of outreach materials, events and press and public affairs.

This service aims at further building of capacities of the beneficiary institutions in Montenegro to implement sector wide approach and assume obligations deriving from the EU accession process in employment and social policy (ESP) sector. Support will be provided to improve evidence-based policymaking with the emphasis on developing sector wide approach and developing policies for activation of social welfare beneficiaries, developing policies for decreasing informal work as well as developing conditions for social economy in Montenegro. Further on, support will be provided to the institutions for improving monitoring efforts and evaluation as well as strengthening institutional and human capacities at national and local level to participate in the European Social Fund (ESF). Additional assistance will be provided in establishment of Youth Guarantee and Child Guarantee in Montenegro.

The subject of this contract is the procurement, delivery, unloading, installation, testing, commissioning and putting into operation of a prefabricated Data Centre with the delivery and installation of mission-critical infrastructure and equipment, including delivery of all necessary technical documents and training to the Montenegrin Revenue and Customs Administration, which will support the expansion of the capacity of the existing data protection system, as well as preparation of the terrain and the realization of all works
