Provision of Bulky Waste Collection Service-Monmouthshire County Council has a statutory duty to collect bulky waste from households on request. Since 2012, the Council have been in contract with a third sector organisation based in Monmouthshire to operate this service. This contract is for a supplier to undertake the responsibility of bulky waste collections in Monmouthshire, including the requirement to reuse and recycle as much of the waste as possible. Destination Access Audit-The Council requires consultancy support for a Destination Access Audit. The Audit should include assessment of key visitor experiences at specified attractions (and main visitor flows to them from key arrival sites on foot, by cycle, car, bus, and train).
