CRS Extranet Support 2023-2025-The CRS online system is a tool used by HMCG to provide an information portal for the Volunteers of the Coastal Rescue Service. Support & Maintenance is required to keep this running and up to date. This contract is to provide 2 years of Support & Maintenance for the CRS online system including monthly maintenance updates and monitoring of the site 24/7. This service was procured through G-Cloud 13.

Coastal WiFi Managed Service-Coastal WiFi is a strategically important solution for HMCG in delivering digital services to Coastal staff and volunteers. It is crucial that the service is continued while a replacement solution is procured that meets the future requirements of HMCG. This contract includes a +1 year extension option. This requirement was procured as a direct award under Crown Commercial Service's Network Services 2 framework (Lot 1), utilising the Government eMarketplace.

NAVigational TEleX (NAVTEX) and Digital Selective Calling (DSC) Services 2023-2025-2 Year contract for the managed service of NAVTEX, including Digital Selective Calling (DSC) and NAVTEX Cloud, to the incumbent supplier of these services for 24 months. The MCA is preparing to go out to open tender for a new system and managed service, the roll out for which is forecast to take 18-24 months.

Provision of an Emergency Towing Vessel (ETV) Extension-This further extension is necessary to provide continued provision of the current single Scottish based ETV service to His Majestys Coastguard while ongoing ministerial, Departmental, Cabinet Office and HM Treasury approvals are obtained to enable the award of a 5 year contract to retain Emergency Towing Vessel services in Scotland.
