The requirement is for the provision of a managed laundry service for the Student Residences in Maynooth University. The service should provide sufficient assessable laundry facilities for 1146 beds divided over two laundry buildings and must offer a cashless payment facility preferable APP/Mobile based. The proposal should outline flexible payment solutions for users such as: housekeeping staff (overriding payment requirement), Residents who do not posses a smart phone/Short stay/Single use users/pay at machine capability (e.g Apple pay etc), prepaid or credit options (i.e. the ability to offer “free washes” to groups for whom their accommodation package includes Laundry). .
