Liberator Cycle Hangars-Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery of a cycle hangar booking system. The current arrangement where officers use manual processes to manage the bike hangar rental scheme, including; multiple excel documents which is time consuming and potentially more expensive and less efficient and accurate in terms of data entry, data extraction and general management.

Telephony migration to the cloud-Adept currently holds the Avaya licenses to support the LBI telephony system and own the contract with Gamma who deliver the SIP trunks and all the LBI DDI numbers. This current contract is due to expire on the 30 September 2022 not leaving enough time re-tender for a new support contract or migrate to a full cloud telephony solution.
