Provision of Family Support Services to the Charedi Community with children aged 5 years and under-Provision of Family Support Services for Charedi Families with children aged 5 years and under in the London Borough of Hackney. Providing direct support with a full range of activities including support with accessing health services, support with form filling, accessing benefits, grant applications and managing daily living routines.

Enhanced Housing Support for drug and high risk alcohol using populations-Enhanced support to individuals who use alcohol and drugs problematically. The project increases peripatetic offers of support, interlinking with the community wellbeing team, as well as supporting in the development of housing teams in their awareness of drug and alcohol related support needs.
