Capacity support for Revenues and Benefits-The Authority is looking to appoint short term processing resources to assist in the administration of council tax (including discounts and exemptions), business rates and housing benefit. r r The Authority uses NEC Revenues and Benefits software to deliver its main functions. This includes NEC's core processing system (including Citizen Access) and electronic document management system

Sensory Services-The Vision Loss Holistic Service provides support and advice to adults who experience sight loss in Liverpool. This includes the provision of Visual Rehabilitation. Visual Rehabilitation is provided to adults who are registered as Severely Sight Impaired or Sight Impaired or will be eligible to be so in the future
