The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the procurement of a cloud based system for wages, economy, personnel, and a procurement system. See the attached contest documentation for further information.

The child welfare services in IKT ORKide have decided to procure a new trade system. The current trade system does not have a modern standard, nor does it meet all the statutory requirements.  See the attached tender documentation and annexes for further information.

Kristiansund Municipality intends to enter into a contract for consultancy in connection with a preliminary project for a car park in rock and a residential zone car park. The purpose of the preliminary project is to assess whether the measure is physically possible, economically feasible and socially desirable.  The preliminary project will deliver drawings and analyses of geological conditions, market data, technical solutions, calculations and social impacts of the measure that will serve as a basis for decision-making at the political level, as well as a basis for entering into an agreement on financing and a possible turnkey contract for implementation. There is a need for consultancy in geological engineering, construction, electrical, fire, roads, ventilation, financing, social economics, etc. See the attached assignment description for a fuller description of the scope of the assignment.

Kristiansund municipality will establish a framework agreement for Construction services, including Ground contractor package, Lorries with driver, excavator with and without driver, drilling rig operator, construction plumber and construction workers. A contract will be entered into with 2 contractors for each lot. With regards to major and/or special works, it is to be expected that Kristiansund municipality will make calls for tenders for the individual works. The contract volume/value of the procurement is estimated at NOK 10,000,000 per year, but the maximum is up to NOK 15,000,000 per year excluding VAT. The size of the contract will nevertheless be dependent on municipal funding. In addition to Kristiansund municipality, the Ecclesiastical Joint Council, Frei Administrasjonsbygg AS, Kongens Plass Eiendom AS and Grimstead Stiftelsen. Furthermore, be informed that Kristiansund municipality has some properties in Tingvoll municipality where it may be applicable to perform work. Kristiansund municipality's service agreement for lifts has expired and after carried out a tender contest, a new contract is awarded to TK Elevator AS.

Contract award:  Kristiansund Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of transport equipment such as public traffic signs with accessories, in addition to snow poles, sandboxes, etc. Kristiansund Municipality currently procures the above-mentioned equipment for approx. NOK 1,000,000 - 1,500,000 excluding VAT a year. These amounts are not binding for the contracting authority, as the amount can be changed due to ongoing projects and changes in the budget resources.

Kristiansund kommune [Kristiansund Municipality] on behalf of NII, Nordmøre Interkommunale Innkjøpssamarbeid [Nordmøre Intermunicipal Procurement Cooperation], will renew the framework agreement for delivery of medicines and multidose. NII (Nordmøre Interkommunale Innkjøpssamarbeid) [Nordmøre Intermunicipal Procurement Cooperation], consists of a total of 10 municipalities: Aure, Averøy, Gjemnes, Hustadvika, Kristiansund, Rindal, Smøla, Sunndal, Surnadal and Tingvoll. The contract duration will be 15 January 2022 - 15 January 2024 with an option to extend for one year + one year. Tender deadline: 1 November 2021.
