The OGCIO requires a Service Provider to deliver a team of initially twelve on-site experienced and quality focused ICT Service Desk Resources, (with the skills as outlined in Section 3.2) for the OGCIO ICT Service Desk. This team, will log, capture, resolve and manage service desk issues and requests from customers using the OGCIO’s services responding to a wide range of ICT-related queries from users across the Public Service, by email, telephone and online from the Department’s offices, or via remote access. The ICT Support Service works to the IT Service Management Standard ITIL and staff must be able to work in this environment as well as involved in a range of critically required proactive support services. A highly efficient and professional ICT service is required to support staff across the Public Service in achieving their business objectives. The technical capacity to deliver the service must also be supported by a keen focus on quality customer service.

The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, which repealed and replaced the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 1989, was brought in to make further provision for the safety, health and welfare of persons at work. Under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 anyone at work who is responsible for directing workers while at work and organising work activities has health and safety responsibilities for those workers.

This public procurement competition relates to the establishment of a Multi- Party Supplier Framework ("Framework") for the Provision of Automotive, HGV and Agriculture Vehicle Consumables primarily in the WWETB Training Centres. WWETB run Apprenticeship Training Programmes for Motor Mechanics, Agricultural Mechanics, Vehicle Body Repairs, and Heavy Vehicle Mechanics under Phase 2 of the Apprentice Training Programmes. It is the intention of the Contracting Authority to establish a Multi-Supplier Framework from which call-off contracts by ‘request for quotes’ will be run by the training centres as requirements arise over the lifetime of the Framework.

Enterprise Ireland proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a number of multi-party framework agreements for the development and delivery of sales and marketing Training for Enterprise Ireland in five lots. For clarity, Lots 1 – 5 will be for the development and delivery of sales and marketing training Lot 1 – Training in Continuous Intelligence Gathering and Customer Value Proposition Lot 2 – Training in Sales Process and Route to Market Lot 3 – Training in External and Internal Communications Lot 4 – Training in Managing Resources in a Sales Context– both People and Financial Lot 5 – Training in Future Planned Sales and Marketing requirements, including Managed Learning providers. The members of lots 1 to 4 will automatically be appointed to lot 5

There may also be a requirement to purchase electrical consumables for electrical courses in the NZEB and FABLAB centres. WWETB run seven Electrical Phase 2 Courses on a 2 cycle basis per year, five in Waterford Training Centre and two in the Wexford Training Centre. Electrical consumable materials used in domestic and light industrial installations which will be used to train Electrical Apprentices in WWETB training centres as part of the Phase 2 of the Standards Based Apprenticeship. The project will comprise: Provision of Additional Accommodation 2021 –12x General classrooms (2 x Prefab replacement), 11x SET rooms, 1x Home Econ room, 1x Graphics room, 2x Science lab, 1 x Art room, 1x Science Shared prep area, 1x Engineering room, 1x Tech prep area, 2x Project store, 1 x Staff room, Create Textiles room from existing Staff room, 1x GP/Dining hall, 1x Library at Colaiste Mhuire as per attached Brief. Please Note: As part of the design development process, the appointed DT are required to develop an overall site masterplan which should include for the provision of a PE Hall Facility accommodation. The PE Hall Facility will not be delivered as part of this project. This masterplan should allow for the easy provision/ delivery of the PE Hall Facility at a later date with no intervention to the existing building. This masterplan shall be provided as part of the Stage 1 submission. See details in attached brief.
