Irish Water will undertake a competitive tender process to select multiple suppliers for the provision of Bill Payment Services. The selected providers must provide Irish Water customers convenient and easy access to payment options. Irish Water requires a balanced geographical spread of retail outlets. Payment locations should be easily accessible and offer a range of opening hours. The scope of services includes but may not be limited to: • Payment processing • Receipt processing • Settlement • Standard transaction file format • Reporting • Service take on • Secure infrastructure/business continuity

The Lighting contract will consist of the follow: Number of lights 17,300 (approx) details as follows:- Category 1 Public lights powered by underground cabled Council network throughout the County; Category 1 Public lights powered by overhead ESB network throughout the County; Category 1 Public Lighting located along National Primary, National Secondary, Regional and Local road networks throughout the County; Category 2 Public lights providing flood lighting to buildings etc; This contract will operate for a period of two (2) years with options for a further 2 x 12 month extensions up to a maximum overall contract period of 4 years.

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a contract for the Supply, Implementation and support of a Cloud based manual meter reading solution for residential, SME and high usage customers. ESB Networks will be the business user of the solution. Electricity meter reading is a key function for ESB and currently necessitates approximately 9.2million manual meter readings per year. The current MV-RS (Multi Vendor Reading System) being used for this purpose is approaching end of life. To this end, the Contracting Entity intends to procure a contract to supply, implement and support a Cloud based manual meter reading solution. This solution will be rolled out to ESB Networks in conjunction with ESB’s SMART Meter programme.

The N51 Dunmoe Phase 2 Realignment Scheme comprises the construction of 4.375km of Type 1 Single Carriageway (S2) and the following associated works: • At grade junctions and links to existing road network • Surface water drainage infrastructure. • Underbridge at Cruicetown Stream • Underpass • Retaining Wall • Culverts and associated headwalls • Utility diversions and ducting for utilities including ESB, Eir and Watermains. • Road signs, road markings and road studs. • Site clearance and earthworks • Boundary treatment works and Accommodation Works • Landscaping works • Road pavements The contractor will be required to produce Traffic Management plans for the N51 National Secondary road and local roads. The contractor will also be appointed as the Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS).

The Contracting Authority has engaged in a competitive process and established a single party framework agreement for the Provision of ICT Hardware, Software and ongoing support services to the Land Development Agency

It is anticipated that the Frameworks will cover the following services to the Framework Users initially for a three year period with an Ervia option to extend, on behalf of the Framework Users, for further periods up to a total maximum of two years at the sole discretion of Ervia. The term of a contract awarded under a framework agreement may extend beyond the term of the relevant framework agreement.

Tourism Ireland initiated a competitive procurement process to appoint a suitably qualified supplier to provide for the Design, Implementation and Maintenance of a B2B and Corporate Website including the Provision of a Content Management System. The Contract Period will be for 5 years subject to annual renewal based on annual performance review, budget, and other factors. If the services provided are deemed to be satisfactory, the contract may be renewed annually for a further 2 years up to a maximum term of 7 years.
