Provision of Services to conduct a baseline survey for IFAD/NORAD financed grant: Nourishing People and the Earth through Inclusive and Sustainable Agriculture for Agricultural Development and Market Access Support Project (PADAAM) and Market Gardening Development Support Project (PADMAR) in Benin. The primary objective of the baseline survey is to establish the baseline values of key indicators, for the IFAD/NORAD supported top-up grant. The specific objective of the baseline survey is to produce quality data to serve as reference values of all results indicators as defined in each results framework to enable tracking of implementation. The indicators should be aligned with results framework developed for the IFAD/NORAD funded grant on “Nourishing the Nourishing People and the Earth through inclusive and sustainable agriculture”. The baseline data, quantitative and qualitative, to be collected on key indicators will form a basis for monitoring and end line evaluation of the IFAD/NORAD financed implementation support grant.
