Complex Legal Advice-HMRC intends to procure key Money Transmission Services ("MTS") on behalf of Government Banking in FY23/24. The existing MTS contracts were awarded in 2015 and will expire in March 2025. As a result of legal and regulatory changes, as well as developments in the payments industry landscape, it is expected the new contracts will require bespoke amendments for which HMRC requires specialist legal advice.

Single Customer Account - System Architecture Service - DALAS Taxi Rank-This contract is for the provision of a Managed Service supporting the Single Customer Account Programme which is due to close April 2025. Specifically, provision of a system architecture service for optimisation and testing, utilising agile development methods. Awarded under Lot 4a Taxi Rank of the CCS RM6335 Digital and Legacy Application Services (DALAS) framework.

WAN Connectivity-The provision of Network Services on various parts of the HMRC Estate.

Multi-model research methods platform for User Research-HMRC need a tool with a variety of methodologies, including; card sorting, tree testing, 1:1 research, usability testing, unmoderated sessions, click testing, surveys and live intercepts. The tool should have an advanced capability, which allows multiple methodologies to be integrated into a project. The tool should have implemented a research insights management system that can help scale research, centralise, share and collaborate on experience insights data gathered from multiple studies.
