Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie na rzecz zamawiającego usługi polegającej na organizacji dowozu uczniów niepełnosprawnych wraz z zapewnieniem opieki, do specjalistycznych placówek oświatowych położonych na terenie gminy miejskiej Kraków, gminy Wieliczka i gminy Myślenice oraz ich odwozie po zajęciach szkolnych wraz z przewozem uczniów na zajęcia dodatkowe organizowane i realizowane przez placówki oświatowe (wszelkiego rodzaju zajęcia nadobowiązkowe, zawody sportowe, wycieczki tematyczne, imprezy okolicznościowe itp. - w tym także możliwość realizacji przewozów indywidualnych). Okres realizacji zamówienia obejmuje lata szkolne 2023/2024-2024/2025 w okresie 01.11.2023 r. - 27.06.2025 r.
