1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa udzielenia i obsługi kredytu długoterminowego do kwoty 10.000.000 PLN z przeznaczeniem na finansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Gminy Tczew w roku 2023. 1) Kredyt zostanie postawiony do dyspozycji Zamawiającego od pierwszego dnia roboczego następującego po dniu podpisania umowy do dnia 29.12.2023 r. 2) Karencja w spłacie kapitału do dnia 30.03.2025 roku. 3) Okres kredytowania: od dnia zawarcia umowy do 30.09.2033 r. 4) Termin rozpoczęcia spłaty rat kapitału kredytu po upływie okresu karencji (pierwszy termin płatności raty kapitałowej winien wypaść na 31.03.2025 roku). 5) Stopa oprocentowania kredytu ustalona jest w oparciu o zmienną stawkę WIBOR 3M i powiększona w całym okresie obowiązywania umowy, o stałą marżę zaproponowaną przez Wykonawcę/Bank (do dwóch miejsc po przecinku), przy czym oprocentowanie nie może być niższe niż 0%. 2.
