1. Celem zaciągnięcia kredytu w wysokości 6 000 000,00 zł jest sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Gminy Purda oraz na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu pożyczek i kredytów. Decyzję o zaciągnięciu kredytu długoterminowego w wysokości 6 000 000,00 zł, podjęła Rada Gminy Purda Uchwałą LI/394/2023 z dnia 23 lutego 2023 r. na podstawie art. 89 ust. 1 pkt 2 i 3 ustawy z 27 sierpnia 2009 r. o finansach publicznych (t.j. Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 1634 z późn. zm.). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
