Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Ełk od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych w okresie od 01.01.2023r. do 31.12.2025 i ich transport do Zakładu Unieszkodliwiania Odpadów prowadzonego przez Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami „Eko-MAZURY” Sp. z o. o. z siedzibą w Siedliskach 77, 19 –300 Ełk, w sposób zapewniający bieżący i nieprzerwany odbiór odpadów komunalnych.Przedmiot zamówienia realizowany będzie zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa, w szczególności: ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (Dz. U. z 2021 r. poz. 888), zapisami Planu gospodarki odpadami dla województwa warmińsko –mazurskiego na lata 2016 –2022 oraz przepisów prawa miejscowego. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje odbiór i transport odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy
