Kirkham Hillside Retaining Wall-Fylde Council own and control Hillside House, 48 Preston Street, Kirkham. Hillside is a Grade II listed building, currently undergoing restoration and renovation works as part of Kirkham's regeneration masterplan. The works include: Phase 1 - Shoring, stabilisation and partial demolition of retaining wall. Phase 2 - Repairing, repointing and replacement of damaged brickwork.

Commercial Vehicle Roller Brake Tester (ATL Testing Approved)-The project involves removal of current Tecalemit DE9500 series brake tester including disconnection and all necessary civil works. Supply and installation of new commercial vehicle roller brake tester as per the specification including all auxiliary items.

Fairhaven Lake Main Jetty Repairs and Improvements-The purpose of this project is to repair the main jetty structure at Fairhaven Lake. The existing jetty structure has badly deteriorated and requires repairs to maintain the jetty for future years. Alongside repairs some aesthetic improvements are to include a new surface to be overlaid and a new central barrier to be installed with lighting to extend usable operating hours.
