Forsvarsbygg [the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency] wants to use this contest to enter into a contract with a supplier who can offer project management system for major and minor construction and maintenance projects at local data centres (on-premises). The system will support the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency’ project methodology and work processes that build on Lean Construction, VDC, digital interaction and communication, in addition to systematic completion. Project management and interaction between the builder, contractor and engineering design group carried out by the Client must be safeguarded.
