The Objective Of This Project Is To Effectively Continue Noxious Weed Management And Treatment During The Growing Season Through The Use Of Chemical Controls Within The Known And Discovered Noxious Weed Infestations On The South Zone Boise National Forest, Mountain Home And Idaho City Ranger Districts, Treatment Areas.  Treatment Areas Will Be Focused Within Critical Winter Range And Spring-calving Habitat Associated With Designated Motorized And Non-motorized Trail Networks.  Critical Winter Range Habitat Was Burned In The 2013 Pony Fire Northwest Of Mountain Home, Id.  Work Will Be Associated With The Danskin Trails Motorized Trail Network.  Spring-calving Habitat Treatments Occur In The Crooked River And Beaver Creek Basin Near Idaho City, Id, Which Was Burned In The 2016 Pioneer Fire.  Work Will Be Associated With The Park And Ski Non-motorized Trail Network Managed In Partnership With Idaho Department Of Parks And Recreation For 4-season Non-motorized Recreation Access.  Secondary Effects Of The Fire Include The Increased Risk Of Weed Establishment And Spread In Post-fire Areas.  Edrr (early Detection And Rapid Response) Protocols For Detection And Treatment Will Be Applied Using Herbicides.  the Overall Objective Of This Project Is To Restore Forest, Rangeland And Watershed Health Within Post Fire Areas. the Contractor Shall Furnish All Labor, Equipment, Transportation, Supervision, Supplies (except Those Designated As Government-furnished), Incidentals, And Perform All Work Necessary To Provide Noxious Weed Management And Treatment In Compliance With Terms, Specifications, Conditions, And Provisions Of This Solicitation.
