Tender Results of European Investment Fund

Provision of operational tax advisory services to the operational tax function of the European Investment Fund (EIF) in the years 2024-2028.

The scope of this procurement procedure is the provision of services to support the EIF in the field of IT and data. The EIF will conclude a framework agreement with multiple service providers. The framework agreements will cover five (5) areas, as further specified in Section 4.1 of Annex 4 – Terms of Reference.

The EIF intends to conclude multiple framework agreements across four lots for the provision of support and consultancy services to assist the Research and Market Analysis Division of the EIF in various business areas and activities. The EIF is launching this procurement procedure with the objective to award multiple framework agreements to secure support in the area of valuation review services for Business Angels (‘BAs’) under the European Angels Fund Germany (‘EAF Germany’).

The purpose of this call for tender is to award multiple (2) framework agreements with service providers able to provide services related to the professional management of events for the Internal Communication Unit of the H&RM Department of the European Investment Fund (EIF).

Driven by trends and market expectations in today’s digital world, the European Investment Fund has been committed to building a strong online presence that covers, among others, social media. It is against this backdrop that the EIF is launching a call for tenders for the provision of services for social media advisory, content creation and production. In working with the EIF Marketing Division, service providers shall contribute to the creation and delivery of audience-specific social media campaigns from conceptualisation, strategy development, content creation and production, paid promotion, analytics, reporting and community management. Deliverables should always reflect the EIF’s values and help promote in the best way the work the EIF and the EU do in making financing available to SMEs in Europe.

Provision of expert services to support the development and implementation of the EIF strategic impact measurement pilot project (ESIMP).

In 2013, the EIF decided to implement SAS platform to cover its analytical needs. The implementation, hosting, support, maintenance and enhancement of the platform was outsourced to a third party and supervised by OIM/ISM, following previous calls for tender. The EIF is launching this procurement procedure to find a service provider that will be able to deliver the required Services according to the requirements described in the Terms of Reference.
