Provision of support to the EEA’s and the European Commission's (notably Directorate-General for Climate Action (CLIMA)) roles in the transition of Europe to a carbon neutral and climate resilient economy. The services requested under this contract will then support EEA and CLIMA in providing data/information and assessments to support EU climate policies and facilitating interactions with EU, national and subnational stakeholders from an overarching perspective on climate mitigation and climate adaptation. This will cover topics such as climate neutrality, climate change resilience and adaptation, climate change impacts, vulnerability and risks, just transition and just resilience, climate finance, and behaviour change, climate action at subnational level, and the role the agri-food/land use system and the energy and mobility system.

The subject of this call for tenders is the establishment of framework service contracts with economic operators to provide predominantly intra-muros (at the EEA’s premises) and to a limited extent extra-muros (at the contractor’s premises or elsewhere) consultancy services in support of the implementation of the Copernicus Land Monitoring Service (CLMS) and the Copernicus cross-service in situ coordination. The intra-muros experts are requested to cooperate on a daily basis with the EEA Copernicus team in different areas and performing mainly the following tasks: designing concepts supporting calls for tender, supporting the management of production contracts, and assessing the quality of deliverables. This call for tenders is divided into two lots: — lot no 1: thematic consultancy services, — lot no 2: administrative consultancy services.

The supply of audio-visual equipment and consumables, and the provision of ancillary services such as installation, maintenance, repair, on-site technical support as well as consultancy services, to ensure quality AV equipment is set up in the Agency’s Headquarters located at Kongens Nytorv No 6 & 8, 1050 Copenhagen K.

• Setup, maintain, and co-chair the Copernicus Ground Motion Advisory Board; • Supply the services of a supporting InSAR and ground motion expert.

The subject is the establishment of a framework service contract with an economic operator covering the production and update of high-resolution layer (HRL) imperviousness in the frame of the new HRL non-vegetated land cover characteristics. Products shall give continuity to the already existing products, i.e. Imperviousness and its derived products, and Built up area, and the creation of new products that give information on built up area change and permanent bare soils and rock. Apart from the production tasks two consultancy tasks are included in the call for tenders. First, a task on harmonization with the global human settlement layer currently being produced by the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission (JRC) with the view of ensuring the coherence between the global and the pan European products if needed. Second, a task related to user uptake activities, such as assistance to ad-hoc meetings, support to dissemination of products and organisation of trainings.

The purpose of this negotiated procedure is to establish a direct service contract for providing support to the EEA to implement the Service Level Agreement No. 090203/2022/870940/SLA/CLIMA.E.1 with DG Climate Action, and contribute to EUCRA. It comprises of different tasks, such as project management, scoping and methodological framework, knowledge management, policy analysis, risk drivers, risk identification and analysis, risk evaluation and priorities for action, community of practice and interactive data viewer.

The EEA seeks to establish a framework service contract with a service provider within the domain of in-situ Earth observation and geospatial data sharing and management, with focus on data relevant to climate adaptation policies and initiatives. These activities should be carried out in light of the current EEA and EU environmental and climate activities, ensuring the corresponding links to the relevant Group on Earth Observations (GEO) initiatives, flagships and activities.

The purpose of this call for tenders is to establish framework service contracts in cascade for the provision of services and support in the following areas: • user experience design; • creation of an online design system for the EEA’s web presence; • web design support for various web development teams and projects across EEA; • web content management support (e.g. publishing content on the EEA main website, adding metadata, archiving content, re-organising web sections...).
