The object of the contract is the provision of technical assistance and engineering services in the field of construction and architecture, including approaches related to environmental management and energy performance for the building stock of the European Commission and other contracting authorities within Brussels.

Provision of flat-rate services in the field of catering, self-service and cafeterias managed or which may be managed by the Commission in its buildings in the Brussels-Capital Region and Overijse.

The services offered on the premises of the JRC Karlsruhe essentially include all services required for handling radioactive waste packages and containers, operating a measuring facility for characterising radioactive waste, and processing and disassembling discarded items.

This tender aims to support the European graduate tracking initiative to make national graduate data more comparable at European level. Lot 1 intends to contract a support service for the European Network of Graduate Tracking to organise the meetings and the annual work programmes of the network, and to raise awareness on its outcomes. The contractor for lot 2 will coordinate the second phase of the European pilot survey of higher education graduates (Eurograduate), for which comparable data should be collected in an estimated 18 countries during Autumn 2022.
