DEP seeks to increase the awareness and readiness of EU communities on LDTs. This procurement aims to help EU communities: — for lot 1: to develop their digitalization strategy and roadmap, identifying the required digital tools. The action will procure a first set of services to be made available to relevant supply- and demand-side stakeholder; — for lot 2: to prepare the procurement and deployment of the enabling digital infrastructure, in particular local data platform(s).

Provision of cleaning services for the premises of the EU-House in Sofia, Bulgaria. The current contract expires on 3 June 2023. Hence, a new open call for tenders for a four-year-framework contract will be launched with the European Parliament Liaison Office in Bulgaria as participating contracting authority and with the EC as leading contracting authority. Standard cleaning and waste removal services are to be provided on a daily basis, together with the possibility of extra cleaning services that are not included in the standard tasks, but may be requested by the contracting authority during the course of the contract.

Acquisition of Microsoft services (procedure DIGIT/2022/NP/0017).

The general purpose of the contract is to implement a programme of mutual learning and exchanges of good practices to facilitate the exchange of information on gender equality policies issues and the transferability of good practices between countries. It aims at reinforcing mutual learning between the participating countries, at developing synergies in partnership with the European Commission, with a view to strengthening policies in the different areas of the EU Gender Equality Strategy 2020-2025.

The action will support the setting up of peer-learning activities for cities and regions on how to implement architectural quality principles.

The JRC Karlsruhe plans to purchase a multipurpose physical properties measurements cryogenics free apparatus. The device must be able to produce temperatures from 300 down to 0,3 K (optimally down to 0,1 K) and generate DC magnetic fields up to 9 T (optimally up to 14 T). The device must not require any external cryogenic liquids (nitrogen, helium, etc.) to be operated. The equipment is needed for the following measurements techniques on solid materials: heat capacity, magnetic measurements DC (DC-VSM) and AC (up to 10 kHz), thermal transport (electrical resistivity DC, thermo-power, thermal conductivity) and thermal dilatation.

This procurement relates to the establishment of a vehicle for the delivering of services to the contracting authorities, as described in the present tender specifications, and relating to the area of the development and operations of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP,) accounting and financial information technology systems with a focus on SAP technologies.
