Rental, installation and maintenance of fire extinguishers.

Maintenance, purchase and rental of defibrillators.

Purchase of various consumables, materials and technical equipment for recurring needs.

Rental and/or purchase of medium and high capacity digital printer-copiers, supply and updating of software, supply of consumables (other than paper) and finishing equipment, omnium maintenance services and associated services such as: moving and reinstalling the printer-copiers supplied (through rental or purchase), automation of production processes, integration developments, document security, development and configuration of software for automating tasks and provision of print operators (except for lot 3).

The object of the contract is the supply of disposable products and associated products, via an online ordering platform, intended for the catering services and social infrastructures of the European Commission in Brussels.

Lot A Supply of red meat (beef, pork, sheep and horse), fresh refrigerated and frozen white meat (poultry and rabbits), eggs and their derivatives and Lot B Supply of fresh, frozen and preserved fish for the canteen and the Clubhouse, managed by the Unit OIB.LS.3 at the Joint Research Centre (JRC) on the site of the European Commission in Ispra (VA), Italy, including packing, transport and delivery operations (first phase of the dynamic purchasing system).

This negotiated procedure is a continuation of open procedure No OIB/2020/OP/0025, published in the OJ EU 2020/S 227-555210 of 20 November 2020. Its purpose is to renew the service and support activities for the OIB, the OIL and the SCIC (advice, configuration, adaptation, interfaces, migration and training) necessary for the MIRA project, as well as to continue digitalization of property management through the REMIS (Archibus part) and GEPI projects, including support services, under the same conditions as those set out in the framework service contract No OIB/2020/OP/0025/C0/L0-FWC.

Purchase of an industrial unilateral cutter, additional modules and consumables necessary for its use, as well as maintenance services (maintenance and breakdown).

Technical surveillance services (dispatching) for buildings occupied and/or managed by the European Commission in the Brussels Capital Region and surrounding area.

In order to ensure tendering opportunities for operators with different capacities, the contract is divided into two lots (lot 1 for the buildings of the European Commission and the Agencies under SLA coverage; lot 2, for the buildings of the European Parliament, Council of the European Union, European Committee of the Regions, European Economic and Social Committee, and Office of the Secretary-General of the European Schools).
