Open call for the launch of a new procurement procedure with a view to concluding a new service framework contract with indicative total budget of max. EUR 8 000 000 for the 4 years of implementation, in succession of the current FWC that expired on 8 September 2022 and reached its maximum budget. The purpose of the contract will be to procure studies in all areas of competence of EAC and including education and training, culture, youth, sport, research and innovation.

The objective of the service is to set up and operate a network of experts that will provide reliable, independent and rigorous scientific support, including country-specific expertise, and advice from the research community to the European Commission in relation to equity and social aspects of all types and levels of education and training.

The purpose of the contract will be to provide support in evaluation and impact assessment related activities in areas of competence of DG EAC and including education and training, culture, youth, sport, research and innovation.
