University of Limerick (UL) - RFT for the Supply, and Delivery of 3 x Electrical Equipment System-Tenders are sought for the supply, and delivery of 3 x Electrical Equipment Systems for the University of Limerick for the new Bachelor/Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering equipment lab this includes a range of test machines with accessories to demonstrate typical characteristics and electrical machine concepts including DC motors and generators, AC machines, induction machines (single and three phase) to students suitable for use in an educational environment.

The UCD Veterinary Hospital is located within the Veterinary Sciences Centre in the School of Veterinary Medicine on UCD’s Belfield Campus. The UCDVH offers facilities for both small and large animals. Currently, the major animal species seen at the UCDVH are dogs, cats, horses, cattle, and sheep, with smaller numbers of exotic and zoo animals. Administratively, the UCDVH operates through the collaboration of the disciplines of Small Animal Medicine, Small Animal Surgery, Farm Animal Medicine, Equine Medicine, and Large Animal Surgery. These areas are supported by Veterinary Pathology, Veterinary Microbiology & Parasitology, Diagnostic Imaging, Anaesthesia and Emergency and Critical Care units. This Competition relates to the supply of Veterinary/Human Products and Consumables.

The procurement competition relates to the establishment of a multi supplier Framework Agreements for the provision of General Printing Services for University of Limerick up to and including €2,000 (ex-vat). The Goods required under this RFT are up to and including €2,000 (ex-vat) printing requirements (“General Print Services”) of UL including but not limited to booklets, brochures, catalogues, manuals, reports, newsletters, posters, continuation sheets, NCRs, CAD drawings, binding, laminating, scanning and fulfilment.

This tender consists of 2 lots, Tenderers can submit proposals for multiple or individual lots. Lot 1 The Provision of Aerial/Drone Survey Services including photogrammetry, multispectral, hyperspectral, thermal and LiDAR surveys using both suitably equipped aircraft and drones. Note that drone data capture activities may include a wider selection of sensors e.g. Radar and Sonar. Lot 2 The provision of Aerial/Drone Survey/Operations Project Management: The primary flight operations to be carried out will be related to testing and demonstrating research outcomes, as well as data gathering for input to research. These flight testing operational management will include testing new sensors onboard both suitably equipped aircraft as well as VTOL and Hybrid Drone platforms.

The University of Galway Library tender for an agreement with a service provider for the provision, implementation, maintenance, and support of a repository system to publish the output of research activity. The new system will replace the current system Access to Research at University of Galway (ARAN) system. ARAN publishes research publications as open access for University of Galway. The new system and service will treat University of Galway research output in a procedurally agnostic fashion, i.e., allowing researchers to deposit research publications, data, and other research output. The new open access repository MUST be operational by 31 August 2023. Also, the University’s research information system is under review and will change or be upgraded during 2023 and 2024. This tender document includes costs to integrate with the current and potential new research information systems. The research information system can provide data as an input to the new open access repository.
