Single Supplier Framework for the Provision of a National Open Access Monitor based on Open Data Only-This tender seeks to appoint a vendor to deliver a report and a national dashboard to help Ireland publish, analyse, and track progress towards 100% Open Access. The source data for the report and dashboard must be public open data only.This is one of potentially multiple sub-projects that the National Open Access Monitor Project is piloting to evaluate the value of current OA monitoring solutions and their applicability to the Irish national landscape.

The University’s Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) project is seeking the services of a pedagogically informed peer learning tool that can enable peer review including video submission and code assignments. The peer learning tool should provide comprehensive student guidance and be configurable in multiple ways to suit assignment formats. In addition to the peer learning tool, users should have access to support resources to scaffold the peer review process. All interested interactive peer learning tool providers must have a proven track record, along with demonstrable knowledge, in successfully implementing their solution in other higher educational institutions. It is essential that the peer learning tool fully integrates with the Brightspace VLE.
