Dublin Bus is seeking submissions from suitably qualified vendors for the supply & delivery of 5th Injector Components for Volvo SG type buses. The contract will involve the supply and delivery of Injector Components to eight (8) different bus garages in Dublin on a ‘just in time’ delivery basis.

Dublin Bus currently have 8 no. depot locations. The required quantities of charger installations at each location will be confirmed at the tender stage, but it is currently anticipated to be more than 10 no. 150kW twin-outlet charging stations per location. The two locations are Ringsend and Harristown Depots

Dublin Bus invites tenders for the design, supply, installation of, and associated works relating to Electric vehicle charging equipment at Summerhill and Phibsboro Garages.

Dublin Bus wish to appoint a contractor to maintain the seating and trim requirements of their fleet of approximately 1000 double deck buses. The fleet size may increase/decrease during the term of the contract. The main requirement is to refurbish and re-upholster the seating and trim. It will include collection and delivery of trim and components to and from eight Dublin locations. The contract will operate as a single party framework agreement for a period of three years with an option to extend for a further two periods of twelve months. The advertised approximate value of €5.9M includes all extensions.

Dublin Bus require a supplier(s) of engine radiators for their fleet of approximately one thousand public service vehicles. The contract will operate as a multi party framework agreement for a period of three years with an option to extend for two further periods of twelve months.

Dublin Bus intends establishing a multi-provider framework panel to supply Glass and Windscreen parts, to depots of Dublin Bus. The parts are required for Dublin Bus’s current fleet, which is approximately 1000 buses, and for buses that are added to Dublin Bus’s current fleet during the term of the framework. Dublin Bus intends to use a framework for three years with the possibility of extending that term by two periods of twelve months. As requirements for parts arise Dublin Bus intends inviting the framework participants to tender for those requirements. Lot sizes will be dependent on baskets of goods awarded to bidder(s) across the different lines- it is not possible to define these in advance due to the nature of the products. Dublin Bus reserves the right to limit the number of lots according to the number of successful bids received, and may not award multiple lots in the circumstance where one vendor is determined to have been successful across all lines
