Digitaliseringsdirektoratet [the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency] (Digdir) will establish a dynamic purchasing system to cover the directorate's need for consultancy services within the field of security consultancy. The need for consultancy services is, among other things, related to national joint systems, but there is also be a need for consultancy support for assignments and projects connected to the directorate's main functions. NB: this is one of several disciplines where Digdir has established a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for consultancy services.

The Directorate of Digitalisation (Digdir) would like to establish a dynamic purchasing system to cover the directorate's need for consultancy services within service management. The need for consultancy services is among other things, related to management of the Altinn system, but there is also be a need for consultancy support for assignments and projects connected to the directorate's main functions. NB: this is one of several disciplines where we are establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for consultancy services.

Digdir needs, for security and technical reasons, to move the information portal in Altinn from Eiserver on premise to a cloud service, named Optimizely DXP, Digital experience platform. This will contribute to stable and secure operation and better protection against cyber attacks.

The need for consultancy services is, among other things, related to national joint systems, but there is also be a need for consultancy support for assignments and projects connected to the directorate's main functions. This scheme will replace the previously established scheme for the same subject area.  NB: this is one of several disciplines where Digdir has established a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for consultancy services.
