UNFCCC Inventory Review-The requirement of this work is to facilitate and fund the participation of UK experts to review greenhouse gas inventories (GHGI) of other countries. This is required by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), the international entity that administers global efforts to combat climate change. All UK experts must be on the UNFCCC Roster of Experts in order to participate, therefore this is a direct award for experts on the UNFCCC Roster.

Electricity Interconnectors Contribution To Security Of Supply-Research and Consultancy work to provide two reports that will be used as part of the Capacity Market annual cycle. In particular, the interconnector technical de-rating factors report will be required for the Capacity Market parameter setting procedure in July 2025. The report covering interconnector risks will be cross-cutting and will be used by multiple areas of the department in future interconnector policy-making.
