The Work Shall Consist Of The Concrete Being Supplied For Lock 4 Winter Maintenance. The Placement Area Includes The Downstream Bulkhead Sill Beam. Options For Placement For Vertical Concrete Repair Located On The Land And Intermediate Wall Inside The Lock Chamber Are Included.
