This Procurement Action Is Being Conducted In Accordance With Far Part 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), Contracting Officers May Solicit From One Source Reasonably Available (e.g., Urgency, Exclusive Licensing Agreement, Brand-name Or Industrial Mobilization).

the Defendir Long Range Ptz Infrared 640 30/90mm Security Camera Is Compatible With Current Video Management Systems At Barksdale Afb And Is The Only Ir Camera Approved By Higher Authority As Stated On The Configuration Management Database (cmd) Equipment Approved For Security Memorandum For Record (mfr). Prometheus Security Group Global Is The Owner Of The Current Vicads System At Barksdale Afb. Market Research Was Conducted And Has Confirmed That The Above Company Is Able To Meet The Government’s Needs. Accordingly, A Sole Source Award Will Be Made To Prometheus Security Group Global.
