pEPR Efficiency & Effectiveness (E&E) LA Improvement Action Process (IAP) Pilot Scheme-This Requirement is for the delivery of an Improvement Action Process (IAP) pilot for a named local authority (LA), using the IAP framework provided by the Scheme Administrator (SA) of Packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (pEPR).
