Radiation Monitoring Network-The Radioactive Incident Monitoring Network (RIMNET) is a nuclear radiation monitoring and emergency response system which was originally installed in 1988 to monitor the consequences for the UK of nuclear incidents in the UK and overseas. This contract is for the ongoing maintenance, repair and upgrade of the system.

The provision of Research into Suitability of Solder 3.and Brazing Alloys for Use in Low Pressure Hydrogen Gas Installations-An evidence project on the suitability of solder and brazing alloys for use in low pressure hydrogen gas installations. The evidence generated will support a series of hydrogen standards and training specifications being developed under the DESNZ Hydrogen Skills and Standards for Heat (HSS4H) programme.

Independent learning and evaluation of the effectiveness of the UK’s support to climate vulnerable country negotiating groups in international climate negotiations-The UK has supported developing country negotiators in international climate negotiations since 2012. This contract will deliver understanding in what change has happened as a result of this long-term support and whether or not the UKs current approach to negotiations support through the Climate Ambition Support Alliance (CASA) is on track to achieve its intended outcomes and impact. The results of this contract will inform the design of future UK support to developing country negotiators.
