The objective of the agreement is to cover DSS' (the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation’s) need for specialist qualifications for DSS' Optimizely-based systems - Regjeringen.no, Norgesportalen and the intranet on their platforms. Optimizely is one of the Content Management Systems that DSS uses to provide network/web services to the Norwegian ministries. See the attached documents for further information.

The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement with a permanent supplier, who shall carry out cleaning and treatment of carpets, leather and textile furniture for DSS (the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation), and the enterprises in the Norwegian ministry community on behalf of DSS. The agreement period is 2 years with an option for extending the contract for further 2 years by one year at a time (2+1+1).

The procurement concerns entry into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the deposit of NOARK archive databases and professional systems with storage measures to the National Archives of Norway [Arkivverket]. The framework agreement will cover DSS' and the joint ministries' need for depositing of archive databases and professional systems.

The main objective of the agreement is to have a permanent supplier, who can cover Departementsfellesskapet's [the Community of Ministries) need for the purchase of floral centrepieces, bouquets and cut flowers. The contract will have a duration of 2 years from when the contract is signed, with an option for up to two additional years, one year at a time. The estimated value of the agreement is NOK 1,100,000 excluding VAT per annum. A total of NOK 4,000,000 - 6,000,000 excluding VAT over a four-year period (2+1+1). The value is estimated based on experience figures and an estimate of Departementsfellesskapet's consumption over the next 4 years. This is a no obligation estimate, done according to the contracting authority's best discretion.

The aim of the procurement is to get a periodical agent that can administer and deal with the periodical subscriptions for the Ministries' Library, as well as the ministries, so that we can simplify the current administration of newspapers and digital periodicals. The periodical agent will administer and deal with the ministries' periodical subscriptions, so that it is possible to have an overview of the ministries' ongoing subscriptions as regards the number and cost of the subscriptions, follow-up of wrong deliveries, and any other problems that arise with the periodical suppliers.

There is a need for shoes for employees in DSS [the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation] obligated to wear uniforms, as well as for employees who spend a lot of time during their workday in connection with performing work tasks. Many DSS employees need shoes, either suitable for a suits or leisure shoes (sneakers, sandals, etc.) with good cushioning, to carry out their work correctly and comfortably. The objective of the call for tender is to get a shoe supplier, with at least one physical store in Oslo City centre or a short distance from Oslo City centre, which DSS' employees can go directly to and buy shoes from. This procurement is divided into the two following lots: Lot 1 - Shoes for suits Lot 2 -Leisure shoes

DSS intends to establish a parallel framework agreement with three tenderers to cover the need or video subtitling. The framework agreement will help to ensure that the videos published on www.regjeringen.no and other underlying sites that are owned by the Ministries and SMK have a universal design: - The framework agreement involves subtitling and transcription of videos from Norwegian to Norwegian and videos from English to Norwegian. - Assignments performed under the framework agreement must undergo quality assurance and be proofread by a person other than the person who performed the actual subtitling for the assignment. - The final result the individual assignment will consist of a text or srt file in accordance with the specifications of the agreement. The Departmentenes sikkerhets- og serviceorganisasjon (DSS) [Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation] is responsible for the agreement and is also a contract party. The agreement also applies for businesses within the department community. The businesses are listed in annex 1 of the framework agreement.
