The main purpose of the contract is to ensure the contracting authority a modern and updated machine park at the most favourable price for the contracting authority, by entering into a framework agreement with one tenderer that will cover the contracting authority's needs for cleaning machines, associated equipment and services. Associated equipment is defined as parts and products such as squeegees, brushes, vacuum cleaner bags, air filters, wheels, batteries, sensors, etc. Associated services are defined as • Service, maintenance, and repairs of machines (both current and future) • Loan machines for service, maintenance and repair • Recycling scheme for discarded cleaning machines See annex 1 of the contract for further details. The estimated value of the contract is from NOK 20,000,000 excluding VAT to NOK 25,000,000 excluding VAT. The framework agreement will have a 4-year duration from when the contract is signed, with the main period being 2 years in addition to 2 option years (2 + 1 + 1). The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement to gain access to the necessary consumables/equipment that ensures that the Contracting Authority's terminals work optimally for users in relation to the emergency network, so that the communication channel works as intended.

The purpose of the tender contest is to enter into an agreement with a supplier for the purchase and maintenance of internet access for DSS (the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation), including the DSS service platform when the existing agreement expires in early December 2023. The agreement shall cover the requirement for traffic to and from the Internet in the current infrastructure, including data centres and service platforms. The procurement concerns services within visual communication. The agreement covers the delivery of the design and visual communication of professional content on various platforms, communication channels and devices. - Parallel framework agreements: DSS will enter into parallel framework agreements with five tenderers. See Annex 2 of the Standard Government Contract SSA-R (the framework agreement) and section 2.2 of this document. The agreement will be non-exclusive. - Contracting authorities: In addition to DSS, the Office of the Prime Minister and the Norwegian Community of Ministries will be contracting authorities on the agreement. Consultancy services, including consultancy assistance and consultancy assignments for the development of regjeringen.no, Norgesportalen/Norway.no (hereafter called 'Norgesportalen') and the Intranet platform, as well as digital systems connected to these. Examples of these are svar.regjeringen.no, R1814.regjeringen.no and rewrite.regjeringen.no. The consultants will work on developing the tools and systems that the contracting authority bases regjeringen.no, Norgesportalen, and the Intranet platform on.

The purpose of the procurement is to cover the Norwegian ministries' need for translation services between Norwegian and English. In addition to translating texts, tenderers must offer proofreading, quality assurance and editing services.

The objective of the agreement is to cover DSS' (the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation’s) need for specialist qualifications for DSS' Optimizely-based systems - Regjeringen.no, Norgesportalen and the intranet on their platforms. Optimizely is one of the Content Management Systems that DSS uses to provide network/web services to the Norwegian ministries. See the attached documents for further information.

The objective of the invitation to tender is to enter into a framework agreement with one provider for the purchase of consultancy services related to the development of DSS's (the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation's) network/web system WordPress. WordPress is one of the Content Management System that DSS and the ministries use. The framework agreement will cover DSS' and the Norwegian ministries' need for special expertise for the content management system. See the attached documents for further information.

The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement with a permanent supplier, who shall carry out cleaning and treatment of carpets, leather and textile furniture for DSS (the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation), and the enterprises in the Norwegian ministry community on behalf of DSS. The agreement period is 2 years with an option for extending the contract for further 2 years by one year at a time (2+1+1).

The procurement concerns entry into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the deposit of NOARK archive databases and professional systems with storage measures to the National Archives of Norway [Arkivverket]. The framework agreement will cover DSS' and the joint ministries' need for depositing of archive databases and professional systems.
