Banedanmark ønsker at indgå en kontrakt om levering af fræsede indpassere. Behovet for en fræset indpasser opstår i forbindelse med Banedanmarks vedligeholdelse af infrastrukturen for områderne Spor, Kørestrøm og Sikring. For området Spor gennemføres regelmæssige ultralydstests af skinnerne for at identificere fejl og uregelmæssigheder i skinnerne. Vurderes det på baggrund af disse ultralydstests, at skinnen skal udskiftes, kan det udmunde i et behov for en fræset indpasser i bestemt type, længde og mål.

Udbuddet vedrører indgåelse af kontrakt om porteføljeforvaltning i form af køb og salg af danske realkredit- og statsobligationer for et samlet beløb på op til 10 mia. kr. hidrørende fra en eller flere af Finansiel Stabilitets enheder, som defineret i punkt 1.1 i udkastet til kontrakt. Det initiale beløb til forvaltning estimeres af Finansiel Stabilitet at være ca. 3 mia. kr. Beløbet vil som udgangspunkt skulle indfases over to kvartaler. Finansiel Stabilitet kan dog ikke garantere det estimerede initiale beløb, ligesom Finansiel Stabilitet heller ikke i kontraktens løbetid kan garantere størrelsen af beløbet til forvaltning.
