Der Auftragnehmer stellt Mobile Teststrecken für örtlich flexible Testungen auf das Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 zur Verfügung. Die Mobilen Teststrecken sollen insbesondere eingesetzt werden, um bei lokal begrenztem Ausbruchsgeschehen oder in einem engen räumlichen Zusammenhang (z.B. Alten- und Pflegeheime, Behinderteneinrichtungen, Asylbewerberunterkünfte und Schulen) schnell und für die davon betroffenen Personen schonend testen zu können. Die Aufzählung der o.a. Einsatzgebiete ist nicht abschließend. Der Freistaat Bayern, vertreten – losweise - durch die jeweilige (Bezirks-)Regierung – (Auftraggeber) -, beauftragt die Errichtung, die Organisation und den Betrieb Mobiler Teststrecken bzw. Mobiler Testteams. Die Leistung wird – wie folgt – in sieben Lose aufgeteilt: Los 1: Einrichtung und Betrieb von einer mobilen Teststrecke für den Regierungsbezirk Oberpfalz Los 2: Einrichtung und Betrieb von zwei mobilen Teststrecken für den Regierungsbezirk Oberfranken Los 3: Einrichtung und Betrieb von zwei mobilen Teststrecken für den Regierungsbezirk Mittelfranken Los 4: Einrichtung und Betrieb von einer mobilen Teststrecke für den Regierungsbezirk Unterfranken Los 5: Einrichtung und Betrieb von einer mobilen Teststrecke für den Regierungsbezirk Schwaben Los 6: Einrichtung und Betrieb von zwei mobilen Teststrecken für den Regierungsbezirk Oberbayern Los 7: Einrichtung und Betrieb von zwei mobilen Teststrecken für den Regierungsbezirk Niederbayern Es sind Testkapazitäten für die Durchführung von bis zu 500 Testungen pro Kalendertag und pro Mobiler Teststrecke zur Verfügung zu stellen. Für die Lose 2 (Regierungsbezirk Oberfranken), 3 (Regierungsbezirk Mittelfranken), 6 (Regierungsbezirk Oberbayern) und 7 (Regierungsbezirk Niederbayern) sind somit 1.000, für die übrigen Lose jeweils 500 Testkapazitäten pro Kalendertag zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Testergebnisse sollen innerhalb von 24 Stunden den Getesteten übermittelt werden.

As Increasing Number Of Cases Continue To Be Reported All Across The World, Enhanced Preparedness And Response Efforts Are Required In The Region. Countries In The Region Are Experiencing Challenges When Dealing With Outbreak Response: Low Capacity Of Health Care Systems; Limited Laboratory Capacity For Testing For Covid-19; Shortage Of Skilled Laboratory Workforce; Shipment Of Reagents And Shortage Of Supplies, Etc.
