Obiectivul principal al contractului este asigurarea serviciilor de supraveghere tehnica / dirigenție de șantier pentru executia lucrarilor de construcții hidrotehnice - Barajul acumulării Călata -rest de executat, conform cerintelor din Caietul de sarcini si Documentatia de atribuire. Prestatorul va avea rolul și atribuțiile Dirigintelui de Șantier, conform legisłației în domeniu (Ordinul nr.1496/2011, Legea nr.10/1995). Acumularea Călata este amplasată pe cursul de apă Călata (cod cadastral III.44.3), pe teritoriul administrativ al localităților Călata (UAT Călățele) și Sâncraiu (UAT Sâncraiu), județul Cluj și cuprinde lucrări rest de executat în vederea finalizării obiectivului de investiție. Acumularea Călata va fi realizată prin executarea unui baraj frontal din pământ omogen, respectiv argile profoase, nisipoase, depuse în straturi de 30 cm grosime, pentru a realiza un grad de compactare de 95%-98% de înălţime maximă de H=15,5 m, lungime la coronament de L=1047,0 m, lăţime la coronament de B=6,00 m şi pante ale taluzurilor de 1:3 pe paramentul amonte și 1:3, 1:3.5 pe paramentul aval. Valoarea lucrărilor rest de executat la obiectivul de investitii, obiect Acumulare Calata este de 58.898.540,22 lei, fara TVA. Valoarea estimată pentru achiziționarea acestui contract de prestari servicii de dirigentie de santier, este de 1.251.354,53 lei, fara TVA, aferenta la valoarea lucrarilor de constructii-montaj rest de executat la obiectul Acumulare Calata. Prezenta achizitie publica este organizata pentru implementarea Proiectului C11-PI2-2 intitulat „Reabilitarea coronamentului digurilor de apărare şi crearea infrastructurii traseelor cicloturistice în Bazinul Hidrografic Crișuri,, in cadrul Planului National de Redresare si Rezilienta (PNRR), Componenta 11 – Turism si cultura, Investitia 4 – Implementarea a 3.000 km. trasee cicloturistice, Titlu apel unic : PNRR/2022/C11/I.4, Prioritatea de Interventie 2. Scopul aplicării acestei proceduri de achiziție publică este încheierea contractului de prestări servicii de expertiza tehnica si proiectare (Elaborarea D.A.L.I. în conformitate cu: H.G. nr. 907 din 29 noiembrie 2016, privind etapele de elaborare şi conţinutul-cadru al documentaţiilor tehnico-economice aferente obiectivelor/proiectelor de investiţii finanţate din sumele aferente componentei de imprumut a PNRR; studii topografice, studiu geotehnic, modelare hidraulica, alte studii necesare la proiectare, intocmirea documentatiei pentru obtinerea Certificatului de Urbanism, pentru obtinerea Avizului de Gospodarire a Apelor, pentru obtinerea Acordului de Mediu, intocmirea documentatiilor pentru obtinerea avizelor/acordurilor prevazute in Certificatul de Urbanism (retele electrice, retele de gaz, apa, etc), documentatii tehnice privind exproprierea pentru cauza de utilitate publica - dupa caz, intocmirea documentatiei SEICA, RIM, daca va fi cazul, intocmirea documentatiilor cadastrale (planuri TOPO vizate OCPI), actualizare Devizului General ori de câte ori solicită achizitorul pe toata perioada de valabilitate a DALI, Proiect pentru Autorizatie de construire PAC, Proiect Tehnic PT, Caiete de sarcini CS, Detalii de executie DE, asistenta tehnica din partea proiectantului pentru obiectivul de investitii „Reabilitarea coronamentului digurilor de apărare şi crearea infrastructurii traseelor cicloturistice în Bazinul Hidrografic Crișuri,, conform cerințelor din Caietul de sarcini.
