ERCF2202S Hotspot 145 Llanrwst Road, Colwyn Bay-The works are located on a rural road just outside a residential area referred locally as Colwyn Heights, in the town of Colwyn Bay. The works comprised of two main elements of work. The first section involves installing a new drainage system and installing a new headwall.
