The contest concerns the delivery of various types of compactor vehicles. The value of the procurement is estimated at: NOK 19-24,000,000 excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority and depends on how many vehicles are procured. The tender process for new vehicles in this contest occurs in parallel with NGR working on a new company strategy. This means that at present we do not know how many vehicles will be needed. The number of vehicles stated in the price form is to the best of our knowledge at present. In the "worst case", NGR will not need any new vehicles, but this is considered to be highly unlikely. The contracting authority therefore reserves the right to terminate the contract or cancel the contest up until the time of payment if it becomes apparent that there will not be a need for new vehicles. The contracting authority therefore also reserves the right to regulate the number of vehicles placed on order in connection with our new strategy.
