Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa kredytu długoterminowego w kwocie 4 000 000 zł (słownie: cztery miliony złotych 00/100) do pobrania w transzach w 2023 r. z przeznaczeniem na pokrycie planowanego deficytu budżetowego w kwocie 2 920 268 zł (słownie: dwa miliony dziewięćset dwadzieścia tysięcy dwieście sześćdziesiąt osiem złotych 00/100) oraz na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu zaciągniętych kredytów i pożyczek w wysokości 1 079 732 zł (słownie: jeden milion siedemdziesiąt dziewięć tysięcy siedemset trzydzieści dwa złotych 00/100).
