Professional Multi-disciplined Architect/engineer Services To Include, But Not Limited To: Code Review; Site Investigations; Analysis; Design; Preparation Of Specifications And Drawings; Preparation Of Cost Estimates; Construction Period Services; Preparation Of As-built Record Drawings; Site Visits During Construction; Safety; Industrial Hygiene; Fire Safety And Construction Document Review; Pre-construction Document Technical Studies, Construction Quality Assurance/quality Control. This Va Office Administers Major Projects For The Va In The Western Region. A Major Project Is Defined As A Project Over $20,000,000. The Firm(s) Selected Need To Have An Experienced Multidisciplinary Design Team In Either The Governmental Or Commercial Sector For Projects Of This Magnitude Or Larger.
