Sensory Support Hub Service-The City of York Council has an opportunity for Sensory Support Hub Service. This is for the provision of a statutory and non-statutory Sensory Impairment Service, with a single point of referral. Commissioned by City of York Council this Service will be called a 'Sensory Support Hub'.

Young Persons Community Wellbeing Support Nightstop and Supported Lodgings Service-The Service will provide support to Young People estranged from their family including care leavers.
