TC274 - Community Tobacco Control Service-The Authority wish to commission a specialist community-based Tobacco Control Service that will help deliver on local tobacco priorities with a focus on providing intensive stop smoking support to reduce prevalence and harm within our community. The term of the Contract will be for three (3) years.

TC140 - Care Home Contract - Flexible Purchasing System (FPS)-The Care Home contract relates to the delivery of residential care in care homes and care homes with nursing. r Providers sign up to the contract with the Authority to provide the services required. The Contract will be used by the Council's Directorate of Adults, Communities & Integration. The Authority will award places on the Flexible Purchasing System to providers that meet the criteria as stated in the Invitation to Tender.

TC160 - North West Supported Accommodation (Young People) Flexible Purchasing System (FPS)-Placements North West (PNW) is commissioned by a the 23 North West local authorities to coordinate and manage collaborative procurement in relation to placements for children and young people across those authorities. r r Currently it has been agreed there will be four lots: r •Group Living r •Accommodation with Floating Support r •Floating Support r •Supported Lodgings

TC020 - Alternative Provision (Education) Flexible Purchasing System (FPS)-The tender is to provide suitable education for all children of compulsory school age in their area. This includes pupils who are not able to access mainstream school places i.e., permanently excluded pupils, and for other pupils who because of illness or other reasons would not receive suitable education without such arrangements being made.

TC130 - Community Services Flexible Purchasing System (FPS)-The tender is to efficiently procure and mobilise services to meet the needs of vulnerable people in Bolton. TC069 - Information Communications Technology (ICT) Managed Services Provision-The Borough Council of Bolton (the Authority) received proposals for a fully ICT Managed Service Provision (the Services) which will be subject to the tender information enclosed. The Authority is seeking a cost effective, value for money, innovative service provider to meet both the existing and future ICT needs of each of the aforementioned and to achieve service improvements and cost savings. The Authority currently operates an outsourced service.

TC139 - School Meals Frozen Food Procurement-The Borough Council of Bolton (the Authority) utilising the YPO Food Deals Dynamic Purchasing System (Lot 2), received tenders for School Meal Frozen Food Procurement, which were subject to the information, specification and tender package. Bolton Council School Meals provides a catering service to ninety-one primary schools and three pupil referral units. The Contract is to supply and deliver frozen food to the school kitchens.

TC269 – Beds and Hoists Servicing Contract-This is an Open Tender. The term of the Framework will be for three (3) years with the option to extend for up to a further twelve (12) month period.

TC269 – Beds and Hoists Servicing Contract-The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Authority”) is prepared to receive tenders for a Beds and Hoists Servicing Contract, which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The Integrated Community Equipment Store (ICES) require a servicing and maintenance contract for all free-standing and fixed hoists and beds owned by the Authority and loaned to customers for use within their own homes to meet statutory requirements under the Care Act 2014.

Mount Saint Joseph Catholic High School (the School) is prepared to receive tenders for Removal of existing portacabin and the supply, delivery and installation of a fully refurbished modular building at Mount St Joseph High School, which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The term of the Contract is estimated for circa 6 weeks with an additional defect liability period of 12 months.
